Might I ask why you were banned from Aion?

I ended up chatting with a gold seller in Poeta. I thought he was a noob player and needed help so I traded him some kinah to start off. GG NCsoft banned me for that. Must of thought I was in kahootz with them. I should have just reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I was getting sick of the game anyway. 50 templar and 43 sorc with full PvP accessories; I think I did enough. Also my girlfriend quit so it wasn't worth fighting over.
